"My Generation" Very Fun to Watch!

The My Generation video on You tube lifted my spirits to see elderly people having so much fun. Making this song, dancing around and enjoying life had a profound awakening on the appreciation of my generation and the generations before me. People think kids just want to have fun but elderly people and all those in between want to have fun too.

Having a good time laughing, singing and playing is what I believe we all want. Unfortunately, the day brings work that must be done to make a living for over 90 percent of Americans. This group of people are filled with the economic changes past, present and future. In hopes that there day to day lives will bring them some relief. Well when I watched this video I was happy to see the elderly folk getting down to the rock and roll. Nevermind their age look at how happy they all are. What a joy. I look forward to getting old and maintaining a lifestyle that brings me joy in good and bad times. It is trully a mindset. Speaking of mindset when you finish viewing this short three minute come back and read some of my post about changing your mindset.

Jason Williams Western Illinois Drafted by Cowboys

Congratulations to Jason Williams on his draft in the NFL. Some say it was slim pickings for the new NFL Draft pick.
Jason Williams came in as one of the most underrated players in the 2009 NFL draft by the Dallas Cowboys in the third
round and 69th pick. Something is better nothing. The Dallas Cowboys see something bigger and better for Jason Williams.
The next football season will reveal Jason's assets and liabilities. So far the Cowboy's see that he is an athletic line
backer with outstanding speed and quickness. Bet, Jason is keeping that in mind all the way to the bank.
